Consultations with a pediatric pulmonologist address respiratory conditions or sleep disorders, such as chronic cough, asthma, recurrent pneumonia, sleep apnea, insomnia, sleepwalking, and more.
Important information: We would like to inform you that we do not perform TFR (spirometry) tests at our clinic, as we currently do not have the necessary equipment. If this type of examination is required, we recommend reaching out to a hospital equipped with the appropriate resources.
The conditions would include chronic cough, asthma, recurrent pneumonia, sleep apnea, insomnia, sleep terrors, sleepwalking, etc.
Important: In order to be seen by a specialist, a referral from a family doctor or dentist is required.
To register for a pediatric respirology appointment, please fill out the form below and attach the consultation request from your physician/pediatrician. Make sure the consultation request is clear, legible and completed.
Please note: Completing and submitting the referral form does not guarantee that your child will be assigned to a pediatric pulmonologist/respirologist. Patients are triaged based on the urgency of the medical attention needed.
You will be contacted by a member of our clinic if your child is assigned to a pediatric pulmonologist/respirologist.
