Afterward, please send us an email at info@cmme.ca to notify us of the account creation, including:
1- your name
2- your child's name
3- their RAMQ number
Please note that it is not necessary to create a portal to schedule appointments for minor emergencies and dermatology.

Our minor emergency appointments are available from Monday to Friday and you do not need to be a patient at our clinic to book a consultation.
Conditions qualifying for minor emergencies include fever, coughing, ear infections, rashes, etc. Conditions that do NOT qualify for a minor emergency appointment include renewing prescriptions, autism suspicion, yearly checkups, growth delays, developmental delays, etc.
Appointment slots are available 24hrs in advance and open at 5:30pm for the next day. Please note that spots are limited, and that you do not need to make an account on the Patient Portal for minor emergencies.
